With camping season officially in full swing we thought we would tackle one of the most important topics for RV'ers, organizing your RV. In this blog post we have put together our favorite organizational and space saving tips found on Pinterest. If you want to find more tips and tricks make sure to check out our Pinterest account.
1.) Use square or rectangular containers in your RV.When you're an RV'er you know how key Tupperware containers are but getting a set that uses your cabinet space to the fullest is essential. Square or rectangular containers fit nicely next to one another so they utilize all the available space in your cabinets and they are easy to stack.
2.) Working with a tight space in your RV bathroom?
A trash can in the bathroom is an absolute must but sometimes they won't fit in small RV bathrooms so substitute a normal bathroom trash can for a dry food container that is smaller and will fit in tight spaces!
3.) Use bags to store dry food in your RV
Bags of dry food such as cereal takes up a lot less space than the bulky boxes so stock your RV with Ziploc bags and free up some cabinet space. This is a great idea for organizing your kitchen pantry as well!
4.) When storing your clothes in you RV fold them rather than hang them up.
Hanging clothes in your RV's closet is not an efficient use of the space. Instead install sets of Rubbermaid drawers in your closet and fold your clothes rather than hang. You will be surprised on how much more you can fit in your wardrobe.
5.) Suspend your pot and pan lids in your RV's kitchen.
6.)Secure cans and spray bottles in your RV with bicycle water bottle holders.
