Campers Inn RV is proud to celebrate two major honors from the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA): the prestigious Champion of Women - Company Award and the Leader of Tomorrow Award, presented to Campers Inn RV’s own Devyn Cady.
These awards were announced on Thursday, October 16, during the RV Women’s Alliance Charitable Foundation’s two-day event of education and networking. The annual ceremony recognizes individuals and organizations making a lasting impact in advancing women across the RV industry.
Celebrating the Next Generation of Leaders
The Leader of Tomorrow Award recognizes women who are making a meaningful difference early in their careers and showing great promise as future industry leaders. This year, that honor went to Devyn Cady of Campers Inn RV, in recognition of her leadership, innovation, and commitment to driving positive change within the company and beyond.
The RV Women’s Alliance created this award to spotlight rising stars whose passion and creativity are shaping the industry’s future. Devyn’s recognition reflects not only her dedication, but also Campers Inn RV’s commitment to empowering emerging talent and building a culture of growth and inclusion.
Championing Women in the RV Industry
In addition to celebrating Devyn’s individual success, Campers Inn RV was also recognized as the Champion of Women - Company Award winner. This award honors businesses that actively support, promote, and elevate women across all levels of their organization.
At Campers Inn RV, women are leading in nearly every department, from Human Resources, Accounting, and Inventory Management to Marketing, Internet Sales, and Used RV Buying. Many of the company’s managers and department heads are women, reflecting a culture where advancement is driven by merit, mentorship, and opportunity.
Campers Inn RV also invests in women’s professional growth by funding continuing education, degree completion, and RVTI technician training, helping employees build lifelong careers in the RV industry. The company’s open-door culture encourages collaboration, transparency, and trust, ensuring every team member - especially women in leadership - has direct access to guidance and support from senior management.

A Shared Commitment to Progress
The RV Women’s Alliance also honored several other industry leaders, including Winnebago Industries’ Brandy Droptiny, who received the Champion of Women - Individual Award, and Chris Carpenter of Creative Products Group, who earned the inaugural Chairperson’s Award for Outstanding Contributions. Together, these recipients represent the growing movement toward inclusion and equity across the RV industry.
Building a Better Future, Together
At Campers Inn RV, these awards are more than a recognition. They’re a reflection of the company’s ongoing mission to build a stronger, more diverse, and innovative RV industry. By creating a workplace where women can lead, grow, and thrive, Campers Inn RV continues to drive meaningful change for the next generation of RV professionals.
Congratulations to Devyn Cady and the entire Campers Inn RV team on this incredible achievement!
