We hope you had a great weekend Camping! Maybe you are still in search of your perfect RV and are unsure of where to purchase. Here at Campers Inn we know that buying an RV is a big purchase so we have put together our 5 things to look for when deciding what dealer to buy from.
.) Does the dealership have a good reputation? Have you talked to your fellow camping friends and asked how their experience was at the dealership. Does the dealer have positive testimonials and reviews? If they have bad reviews has a staff member responded to them trying to remedy the situation?
.)Does the dealership have a good parts and service department? Buying an RV is a big purchase - one that requires maintenance. Be sure to buy at a dealer that not only can provide you with an excellent sales experience but service and parts as well. Dealerships with big parts selections and knowledgeable staff will save you a lot of time and frustration
.) Does the sales person listen to your needs? When viewing RV’s at the dealership make sure to work with a sales person who will show you RV’s that will fit your needs and budget. Not try and up sell you an RV that is out of your price range or worse push a unit they need to get off their lot.
.) Is the dealerships staff well trained, knowledgeable and friendly? Did your sales person know the inventory well and know what RV would fit your needs? Was the service manager or writer able to determine the exact part or service your RV needed and was in installed or done by a certified technician?
.) Is the dealerships management readily available? Make sure you decide to purchase your next RV at a dealership where the management is available to you not only to thank you for your business but to introduce themselves should you have a problem after the sale.
