Excessive delamination (most pre-owned have some minor delamitation)
Cracked or dry seals.
Any visible damage to the outside of the RV?
Test and check exterior towing lights.
Tire condition, do they have dry rot?
Are the propane tanks up to code? Does the propane regulator or hose need replacing?
Is the roof sealed properly?
Interior:
Check for and ask about any soft spots in the floor.
Look for any water stains on the ceiling or walls. (May be a sign of a water leak ask your sales person about the stains and if the leak has been repaired)
Ask about the condition of the holding tanks and the waste water valves.
Look for signs of water damage throughout the interior.
