While you may love homemade lobster ravioli with fresh pesto sauce, some dishes are better suited for campground feasts than others.
Plan your menu with your limitations in mind. How many dishes can you heat at once? How much propane do you have to spare? How many ingredients can you store in your RV?
There’s a reason burgers and dogs are cookout staples. They are simple, made-to-order bites that taste delicious grilled over an open flame.
Choose sides that can be cooked in the fire pit while you are making burgers. You can use aluminum to wrap ears of corn or roast zucchini and squash. Save your oven for chicken wings. Then, for dessert, opt for no-bake recipes, and, of course, s’mores.
