We hope you all had a good week and enjoyed yesterdays post about revamping your RV! In today's post we are going to be answering some frequently asked questions about Campers Inn to help you in your purchase process!

1.) When was Campers Inn founded?

Campers Inn was founded in 1966 by Art and Fran Hirsch after they were mistreated when trying to purchase their first pop up camper. Knowing that they could deliver better customer service they bet their savings on a dream and opened up Skamper Campers in Acton MA selling RV's from their front yard. From humble a beginning Campers Inn has grown to 9 locations across the East Coast and continues to grow. Campers Inn is one of the largest family owned RV dealers in the country and is owned and operated by Jeff Hirsch (President of Campers) son of Art and Fran.

2.) What products does Campers Inn Carry?

Campers Inn carries a wide array of RV's from Thor, Forest River, KZ, Coachmen, Keystone, Prime Time, Cruiser RV, Lance, Grand Design, Tiffin and many many more. Brand and floor plan availability will vary per location so if you are looking for a specific make and model  reach out to one of our well qualified RV sales professionals.

3.) Does Campers Inn Rent RV's?

We do not rent RV's, if you are in search of a rental RV there are many dealers that do rent out RV's. A quick Google search will be the best way to find a rental dealership nearest you.

4.) If I find an RV at one location can I have it shipped to another?

Here at Campers Inn our number one goal is to help you find your perfect RV should you find your perfect RV at one of our locations and wish to have it shipped to the location nearest you we suggest you reach out to one of our well qualified sales people. The decision to ship RV's from one location to another is made on a case by case basis.

5.) What happens when I submit to get a personalized quote on an RV featured on your website?

When you submit a personalized quote on our website it is sent to the sales manager of the dealership where the unit is located. The sales manager then forwards it to one of our sales professionals who will contact you as soon as possible regarding the RV you are interested it. Should you not hear from one of our sales professionals we suggest you phone the dealership or contact us via the We Care line. Unfortunately, sometimes technology lets us down and glitches occur and we want to make sure we help you in a timely manner.

6.) Who do I contact if I have a comment, question or concern about RV sales, service or parts?

If you have a comment question or concern about RV sales, service or parts at one of our locations we suggest you first reach out to that location's service, parts or sales staff. We hire only the most well trained and knowledgeable employees who are here to help you in anyway. Should you not receive resolution on the location level please reach out to us via the We Care Customer Service Center. A customer service representative will assist you with your question, comment or concern. 

7.) Does Campers Inn have a camping club?

Campers Inn is proud to be an Amerigo RV charter dealer. Amerigo RV camping club offers its members discounts on RV insurance, RV warranties and campground fees and they can also assist members with financing. For more information on Amerigo RV click here

8.) Can Campers Inn help me sell my RV?

Campers Inn does consign RV's, to find out more about consigning your RV we suggest you reach out to the location nearest you as consignments will vary based on the RV and the location.

9.) I am looking for a specific RV but I don't see it on your website, what do I do?

Our inventory changes daily should you not see what you are looking for on our website please reach out to the location nearest you. One of our well trained sales people will help you find the RV you are looking for or one that is comparable.

10.) If I buy my RV at one Campers Inn location can I have it serviced at another?

This depends on the RV, if its new and still under warranty your RV will need to be serviced at a location that is an authorized service center for that brand. Many of our locations carry the same brands and therefore are authorized to service that specific RV. Whether you have a new RV under warranty or a pre-owned RV that needs to be serviced we suggest you reach out to the locations service department to confirm that they are able to service your specific RV.
