Grand Design was founded in 2012 by Don Clark, Ron Fenech and Bill Fenech. Grand Design just focused on towable RVs such as travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers. They built the company on a culture that “requires a long-term, personal connection with our customers, employees, and dealers.”

What sets Grand Design apart is the three-year limited structural warranty and 100% PDI inspection. Every unit is put through a 250+ point inspection before it is shipped out to dealers. Their main goal is to provide the highest quality RVs and service to customers and they have earned a reputation in the industry as such. In 2016, Winnebago Industries purchased Grand Design.
