1. The Mini Lite’s exterior construction
The exterior of this travel trailer was designed to make your next family camping trip as effortless as possible. The Mini Lite’s exterior is constructed out of fiberglass with aluminum framing on its six sides including the floor, back, roof and sidewalls. These materials create a lightweight tow structure for many mid-sized vehicles so you can safely and easily tow without a heavy-duty vehicle. Tandem axels provide the travel trailer with support, including extra breaking and stability on the road for minimized sway. Additionally, the axel’s mid position allows you to easily stabilize the trailer on varied road conditions.
The Rockwood Mini Lite’s sidewalls are very durable, easy to clean, and there is an excellent R-Factor that is consistent throughout. There is a 4-inch thick roof insulation, which allows your family to enjoy cool summers and stay warm during early and late season adventures.
2. LCD-lit power awning
Outside the Mini Lite, experience its LCD-lit power awning. With just a simple push of a button, you can extend your campground shade, protecting yourself from the sun and harsh weather conditions. The awning extends eight feet, and even has an adjustable arm to help shed collected water and avoid collapse. Enjoy relaxing or watching TV under the awning with convenient exterior cable input hookups.
3. The Murphy bed
Along with tons of side storage, end tables, and shirt wardrobes in its interior, the Rockwood Mini Lite features a space-saving, full-size Murphy bed. Simply folding away to give you more floor space and living space during the camping day, the Murphy bed provides residential comfort a night. It’s one of the Mini’s many thoughtful design features.
4. Fully ducted air conditioning and excellent ventilation
Stay cool all summer long with the Mini Lite’s fully ducted air conditioning. There are also roof vents in the living space and bathroom for additional ventilation. The air conditioning is thermostat controlled, just like your own home. Which reminds me…one huge reoccurring theme with the Mini Lite is that everything is very easy to operate. The windows are also well-designed to provide cross ventilation.
