Class A motorhomes are large, bus-like motorhomes ranging in sizes from 21- to 45-feet in length. They are the largest of the different types of motorhomes and can range from budget-friendly floorplans to luxury options.
These large RVs offer a spacious interior that includes a kitchen, living room, dining space, bathroom, private bedroom and front cab area.
Depending on the model, it can include a bunkhouse that is perfect for families or exterior options such as an outdoor entertainment center, kitchen or shower.

The 2021 Forest River FR3 34DS is a gas engine Class A motorhome with a fuel capacity of 80-gallons. It is 35’11” in length with a gross vehicle weight rating of 20,500 pounds. The fresh, gray and black water tank can each hold 52 gallons.
The FR3 34DS can sleep five people comfortably and has one and a half bathrooms, making this a great option for groups of RVers or families.
The FR3 34DS is a great choice for people who need to bring a variety of items while camping. It has 195-cubic feet of exterior storage that can fit lots of camping gear and extras such as fishing gear, additional chairs and more.
There is a matte black side-swing front grill with a mesh bug shield, an outside entertainment center with TV and marine-grade speakers mounted on the power patio awning with LED lights. This makes it a great RV for tailgating or entertaining guests at the campsite.
The FR3 was built with vacuum bonded construction on the roof, sidewalls and floor, a one-piece fiberglass roof with extended rain spouts and stainless-steel wheel liners with valve extenders.
The front cab of the FR3 is comfortable with plenty of features to make long road trips easy. The passenger side has a flip-over workstation, perfect for those working remotely, and a deep passenger side glove box to hold travel essentials.
There is a multi-port USB, 12V charging station, phone and tablet holder, center switch bank, Bluetooth and backup monitor. The driver and passenger seat has side molded armrests with cup holders for added convenience and comfort on road trips.
The galley kitchen in the FR3 34DS features a double basin stainless-steel sink with a bamboo cover, residential microwave, three-burner stove cooktop with a 22” oven and a 12-cubic-foot, four-door refrigerator. Some neat features include extended counter prep areas from the counter and the large top pull out drawer, perfect for campers to prepare full meals when camping.
And storage is aplenty in this RV for kitchen supplies and food. With overhead cabinets in the kitchen and a hidden pantry behind the fireplace and TV, campers won't have to make the tough decisions on what they need to take with camping.
The dining room is located in the front of the RV across from the galley kitchen. It has a two-tone, five-year ultra-leather wrap-around booth dinette with cup holders and seatbelts for passengers to use while in motion.
The dinette can also be folded down and used as additional sleeping space if needed.
The living room features a 68” theater seat with seatbelts and a cup holder as well as overhead cabinets for extra storage. And stay cozy on cool evenings while watching a movie on the 43” LED TV with an electric fireplace.
The Forest River FR3 has one and a half bathrooms. The half bath is in the middle of the RV with a long vanity and lots of storage, which is great when you have guests or are entertaining, as they do not have to walk through your bedroom to use the facilities.
The full bathroom is in the back of the motorhome. It has a 36” x 30” stand-up shower and a linen closet and overhead cabinets, so there is plenty of room to store toiletries and more.
The bedroom in the FR3 is the perfect place to recharge each night for a new day of adventures.
It offers a king-size bed with overhead cabinets and under-bed storage so nothing gets left behind at home while camping. There is an LED TV for movie nights in bed with wardrobe storage space.
It also comes with a washer/dryer combo option or extra wardrobe storage space if that is preferred. The washer/dryer option makes longer camping trips easy and cuts back on the need for extra stops at the laundromat.
