We decided to take a new approach to campfire cooking and have compiled some great foil packet recipes for you! Foil foods are quick and easy to make, and often don’t take much preparation. Throw them directly into the campfire, turn them over a couple of times, and you have a delicious meal or snack in minutes! Plus, there’s little to no cleanup because you can eat it directly out of the foil. Campfire cooking is one of our favorite parts of RV-ing, so be sure to try these four recipes on your next RV trip.
1. Steak and Eggs Foil Packs
Steak and eggs are a breakfast favorite. Here’s a recipe for an outdoorsy breakfast with a twist. Breakfast is an important part of the day and spending as much time with family as possible is a must. This genius recipe makes cooking for breakfast quick (20 min total) and with minimal effort to allow you to spend the rest of your day RV-ing with family and friends. No meat required.

Making a muffin no longer requires an oven; just an orange peel, foil, 10 min, and of course some heat. In just 10 min you can have gourmet muffins with a flavorful orange taste, and you can multipurpose the oranges for orange juice or another recipe of your choice. This is a Campers Inn favorite!
