JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — September 25, 2026 — Campers Inn RV, the nation’s largest family-operated RV dealership group, today announced “Right by you,” a promise that defines how the company treats every customer, team member and partner across its nearly 50 locations. The promise rests on four commitments: being thoughtful, creating rewarding experiences, helping people find what is right for them and doing the right thing. The promise covers the full RV experience: how the company prices, how it sells, how it services and how it stands behind a customer after the sale. The first public proof point is now live on CampersInn.com, where every advertised RV shows the key numbers behind its price. Campers Inn RV recently received the inaugural RVBusiness Sherman Goldenberg Award for Customer Service, recognizing the company’s commitment to putting customers at the center of the RV experience. “Clear pricing is where the whole industry is headed, and it should be. That’s the easy part,” said Ben Hirsch, Chief Operating Officer of Campers Inn RV. “‘Right by you’ is the harder commitment: listening before we recommend, telling a customer when the unit they came in for is the wrong one, and being there after the sale when the roof leaks. My grandparents ran this business that way from day one. We’re putting it in writing and holding ourselves to it in every store.” ## First Proof Point: Upfront Pricing Clearer pricing is becoming the expectation across the RV industry, and Campers Inn RV supports that shift. The company’s new model displays the applicable pricing components directly on each online RV listing, including: - Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price - Sale price - Freight - Documentation fee - Available dealer finance incentives - Estimated monthly payment with approved financing - Estimated total cost with approved financing - Price without a finance incentive for customers who choose not to finance Government-mandated taxes, title and registration costs are not included because they vary based on the customer, transaction and state requirements. Financing examples are subject to approved credit and the terms disclosed on the listing. ## **What It Means to Be Right by You** **Being thoughtful means taking the time to listen.** No two customers, families or journeys are exactly alike.
